Helios Construction Services partners with owners, developers, and design teams to deliver commercial projects across retail, hospitality, multifamily, industrial, and institutional environments.

Aash is the Founder and Chief Executive Officer of Helios Construction Services, which he launched in 2008. He leads the company’s strategy and guides project execution, working closely with clients and teams to deliver complex projects with clarity and consistency.
Aash brings experience across a wide range of clients, including Fortune 500 companies, private developers, startups, and institutional organizations. Under his leadership, Helios has completed more than $600 million in construction projects across residential, retail, transportation, office, and mixed-use sectors nationwide.
He was recognized by Engineering News-Record as a Top 20 Professional Under 40 earlier in his career and spent a decade supporting the ACE Mentoring Program of Illinois as both a mentor and Associate Board member.
Before founding Helios, Aash served as Vice President of Development at Bond Companies. He also held project management and preconstruction roles at Bovis Lend Lease and began his career as an Assistant Project Manager at PJ Hoerr. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Construction from Bradley University and an MBA from the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University.

Kris is a Director of Construction at Helios Construction Services, where he oversees a portfolio of projects and leads teams of Project Managers, Project Engineers, and Superintendents. He is responsible for guiding execution across the full project lifecycle, ensuring alignment across teams and delivering a consistent experience for clients.
He brings more than 20 years of construction experience across multi-family, mixed-use, industrial, and tenant improvement projects.
Prior to joining Helios in 2022, Kris was a Senior Project Manager at Ryan Companies. He also spent several years at Madison Construction, where he advanced from Project Manager to Senior Project Manager and built a strong foundation in design-build and large-scale project delivery. He studied at Westwood College.

Tyler leads growth at Helios Construction Services, shaping how the firm identifies opportunities, builds client relationships, and approaches new work. He plays a key role in connecting market strategy with project delivery, helping position Helios for long-term success across its commercial portfolio.
Before joining Helios, Tyler served as Senior Director of Research at BuiltWorlds, where he focused on construction innovation, technology adoption, and investment strategy. He worked with industry leaders to evaluate emerging tools and evolving delivery models.
He began his career at Protiviti and The Walsh Group, where he gained experience in consulting and large-scale construction operations. Tyler holds a Bachelor of Mechanical Engineering from the University of Dayton.
